		<description>I think you&#039;re right. The size of the congregation, although an important factor as far as methodology, matters little in the end. It all comes down to whether or not a church&#039;s elders are intentional about discipleship. I&#039;ve been a part of small churches and currently attend a larger church. The leadership in the larger church has been more intentional about discipling its members than some of the smaller churches I attended. Which is more effective, I don&#039;t know. How you measure effectiveness is another thing all together. Not really sure how that is done methodologically. I don&#039;t suppose we&#039;ll fuller comprehend how effective we are until eternity.</description>
